A logistic manager operates with the departments of manufacturing, marketing, and purchasing to manage and implement supply chains. They bear the responsibility of developing effective strategies for maintaining, creating, and distributing contacts with logistics intermediaries. 

Job Responsibilities of  Logistics Manager

  • Ensure all operations adhere to ISO requirements, guidelines, and state laws.
  • Look over the warehouse, logistical arrangements, transportation, and customer services.

Inventory Control Manager

They are responsible for overseeing the systems implemented for inventory management, along with checking the flow and quality of inventory. 

Job Responsibilities of Inventory Control Manager 

  • Develop and design an inventory tracking system to optimize the inventory control process.
  • Check the levels of raw material and supplies to determine the shortages.
  • Update the daily inventory update of shipments and deliveries.
  • Predict and perform daily analysis of the potential inventory problems. 
  • Place the order for all the new supplies to avoid the inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
