SNAP exam 2019 is an online test.
Type Of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
Total Questions: 130
There will be 130 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type questions and you will be given four options with one right answer (Only for Normal Questions).
Total Marks: 150
Total Time: 120 Minutes (2 Hours)
Total Sections: 4
General English: Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability
Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency
Current Affairs
Analytical & Logical Reasoning
There will be 5 Special questions in each section. Such questions will have blanks where answers will have to be entered by the candidate by using the virtual keyboard. For example, if question is “What is the capital of Australia?” The candidate needs to enter the answer as CANBERRA by using the virtual keyboard.
For every correct answer, you will earn 1 mark for Normal questions and 2 marks for Special questions.
Negative Marking: 25% or 0.25 for every wrong answer. (No negative marking on answers you didn’t attempt)
Registrations:
The process for registration began in August 2019 and will end in November 2019. You can register on snaptest.org. The steps to register are as follows:
Upload a scanned passport size photo, that is no more than 3 months old.
Fill in the correct details like your name, contact number, email address, date of birth, etc.
Choose the colleges you would like to apply for.
Pay for the snap entrance test and application fee of your chosen college.
You can make changes on the application form till the last date of registrations. However, you cannot change your test city preference.
If you do not choose specific colleges that you want to enroll in while you fill the registration form, you won’t be called for the next rounds. This way, you can be completely focused on studying for your SNAP test, rather than contemplating the colleges you should apply to.
